• This Site provides general information about our Clinic, practitioners, and how to arrange a consultation.
• The content is not medical advice and should not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment.
• Individual advice is given only after a face-to-face consultation with a registered practitioner.

2) Regulatory notice (AHPRA/TGA)

• We comply with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) advertising guidelines and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) advertising code.
• This Site does not advertise or promote prescription-only medicines.
• We do not publish or solicit testimonials about clinical outcomes.

3) Who may use the Site

• This Site is intended for people located in Australia and aged 18 years or older.
• Use of the Site must be lawful. You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems.

4) Booking enquiries and cancellations

• Booking requests made online are confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from the Clinic.
• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, a cancellation fee may apply, unless a valid reason has been provided and accepted.
• Deposits (where taken) are credited to your appointment; missed or late-cancelled appointments may forfeit the deposit.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5) Consultations, suitability and outcomes

• Your suitability, risks, benefits, costs, and aftercare are discussed during consultation with a practitioner.
• We do not guarantee outcomes. Results vary from person to person.
• Where a cooling-off period or additional safeguards are required by law, we will apply them.

6) Privacy

• We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable state law.
• Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

7) Intellectual property

• All text, images, graphics, and other content on this Site are the intellectual property of the Clinic, unless stated otherwise.
• You may view content for personal use. Reuse or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8) Third-party links

• Links to external sites may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
